Late Arrivals If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled to respect the next client's time. Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-shows will incur a 50% of the planned service fee. Health & Safety Your health is my priority. Please inform me in advance if you have any nail conditions, injuries, or sensitivities I reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of infection that require medical attention. Payments Payment is due at the end of the service. Accepted forms: cash, Zelle, or other options specified in booking.
